A must for easy layer cake construction
These are a great value. I purchased them to make a few cakes from the Milk Bar All About Cake cookbook and they did exactly what they were meant to do. Was able to get a good fit around the cake so there wasn’t any icing bleed down the side of the cake. It was very easy to size and use. I feel like cake collars are pretty self-explanatory, but there are plenty of YouTube tutorials out there if you want to make sure you do it correctly.

Standard cake collars
Way better than pre-cut sheets because no amount gets wasted; you can just cut exactly what you need.These rolls are great for making Christina Tosi’s Momofuku three-layered cakes! The height is perfect for stacking two together to make a 8-10 inch cake in height.

Bad quality and cannot return
The cake collars are very bad quality and very thin. I couldn’t use them for my cakes. Waste of money!!!
