Is this material safe for me to iron a patch to it?

Well they are getting scammed by 3rd party sellers. You likely bought it at a discount and if you see it’s actually not from them. This happened to me and I contacted Amazon and received a full refund.

Is the blue hat in the picture with the grey hat navy? or is that a different blue?

I have the charcoal and a grey. They’re the same colors as the pictures. So I’d say it’s a dark navy
