Does it dry, or stay runny?** A: Well I used it as a fake bloody nose and when I accidentally wiped it with my fingers, I would just wipe it off on my costume dress, which was cotton poly blend. It dried like real blood would on clothing, but miraculously it also washed out. But since it was applied as a smear, I'm not sure if it would stay runny if you applied a glob of it on to clothing. **Q: Will it wash off floor surfaces?** A: If you have a non porous floor or countertop surface I would say yes this will definitely wash off. I have gotten this around my countertops near my sink and on my table and it wipes off no problem without leaving any red hint behind. I personally just used the brush that’s on the inside and it works great.
