The ice maker began making horrible noises within the first two mos of the purchase and placing it into use. I contacted the vendor i purchased it from we have been going back and forth for a month and a half. The last communication received was a month ago. I have since reached out again, no response. I had already performed all the solutions that they had requested that I do before they even responded. I am now out $200+ dollars for an ice machine that doesn't work. I clean the ice machine on a monthly basis and only use filtered water for the machine or anything that I use water for. I am very disappointed in this machine and the lack of customer service. I had even sent them an email 4 days ago, prior to submitting this review to give them the option of doing the right thing.
