How easily can this knife open by accident in my pocket with the spring assist function? I worry that jostling it around will open it.

Hi, Carlos! I would not carry an easy-opening/spring-assist/spring-powered knife LOOSE in a trouser/coat pocket, any more than I would carry a loaded pocket pistol there sans trigger-covering holster, ESPECIALLY if I had other items in that pocket (which, by the way, I never would). I always carry my GVDV knife in my right-front pocket secured by the clip in the right corner of that pocket. In that location I have found it to be safe, comfortable and easy to quickly access. On one occasion, I did mishandle & drop my closed GVDV to the floor (I immediately took a step back ... trained myself years ago to never try to grab a falling knife or handgun :) ... and it hit just right and SNAPPED open. :0

Where can I get a replacement back clip for the knife?

As a first step, I would contact the Seller for such information. If that failed, I would take some careful measurements of the clip and hop onto Google in search of an alternate replacement solution.
