Mixed reviews at first, but turned out AMAZING!
Very disappointed upon arrival of the first set of 1500 ladybugs. Unfortunately the majority of the ladybugs were dead upon opening the bag. I was able to write to the company and within 24 hours had a response, expressed their sincere apologies and expressed wanting to mail out a new order on their next ship date. I received the second order and it exceeded my expectations this round. The company was extremely friendly and helpful. The ladybugs were much healthier this round and almost all alive. Obviously some did not make it, but nothing compared to the first order. SUPER HAPPY and so are the ladybugs in their new environment. Would highly recommend using this company and I will be ordering more next year!

Hard to know how great these ladybirds are as I have not seen them
Invisible ladybirds in invisible packaging, not sure if this is so the aphids cannot see them approaching

Great natural protectors of your garden.
When it delivered, the bag was full of a ton of live ladybugs. A couple died in transit, but a majority were alive and well. I decided to open the bag in my garden after it got darker, as a lot of daytime bugs, like bees and others donโt like to fly in the dark. Thought it would be the same with the ladybugs and seemed to work. You better be ready to open the bag because once you do, they start streaming out. I placed the bag in some heavier sections of my garden, let some crawl out, and then moved to another, and did the same till they were all out. A lot of lady bugs flew away over the next few days, but a good amount stayed. I liked seeing them crawling around the garden over the next few months. Some were killed by predators, but they did their job at keeping the aphids away and other small bugs at bay. I liked using natural ways to protect my garden instead of harsh chemicals. I will buy again for my garden.

very pleased with the condition of the lady bugs!
id say nearly all the lady bugs survived the journey. the "shipper" is my only complaint. they were supposed to arrive tomorrow, but were delivered today while I wasn't home. The shipping box clearly states to not expose to high heat or leave in a mailbox. They were delivered to a mailbox sitting in full sun at the end of my driveway. shipper problem, not seller. luckily a neighbor saved them before they got cooked. I released them as recommended by the seller. wet plants at dusk after a short time in the refrigerator. and they went right to work taking care of aphids on my milkweed plants. I'm very satisfied!

Mailbox danger
Received my bugs quickly and all alive! Only problem was with USPS putting them in the mail box... Luckily I was home and heard the person bring the mail, checked quickly and got them inside! It was 94 degrees with the heat index at 106! This person paid no attention to the warning on the box about leaving them in a hot box! So anyone purchasing the little guys needs to keep an eye out for the mail so they don't cook in the heat! NICE HEALTHY BUGS!
