I have horrible drinking water where I live. I priced an under sink RO system and it was over two grand to install. I've been drinking bottled water but was concerned about the plastic and the planet. I can't believe I didn't know these things existed. I chose this unit because it looked simple to operate, and it is. There are machines with more bells and whistles, but that means more can go wrong. This filters your water, that's it, but it does it very well. You take out the packaging, wash tank and pitcher, and do a flush of the filter. Which takes a while, but that's normal for any filter. You immediately taste the difference in the water. It's so clean it's almost sweet. I bought a cheap tester here on Amazon just to make sure it wasn't my imagination. See the photos for PPM of solids before and after filtering. Gross. You can SEE the cloudy filth you used to drink in the waste water. And there IS quite a bit of waste water, but that is how RO filters work. I feel much better about dumping that water than I do about throwing out thousands of plastic bottles. There's a one year warranty, and if you register the product, they give you another year. Customer service has already contacted me to make sure I am happy, so I feel like if something goes wrong they will be responsive. After using this for a few weeks, I am extremely happy with this product, and drinking so much more water than I was before. The tea tastes better, the coffee tastes better. Do yourself a favor and get one of these things.

This purification system is superb. We purchased bottled water for our house for many years and it was not only expensive ($50/week) but it also produced a large amount of plastic recycling. We have been using the SimPure system for 6 weeks now and it has paid for itself and is providing a quality of water the is even better tasting and pure than the bottled. It was simple to install and does not distract from our kitchen appearance. We had it up and running in minutes. We understood by reading the information online that it filters at a relatively slow speed but if it continues to perform the way it has so far, we are very happy with the product. It is a solid BUY recommendation from us.

I’ve been searching for a good water filter for a long time because I really didn’t like constantly buying and drinking bottled water. Since I’m renting, I didn’t want anything that connects directly to the plumbing. I’m so glad I found this! I got the carbon filter version and the water tastes amazing—so fresh and easy to drink. Filtration is quick, and although I need to refill the tank 3–4 times a day, it doesn’t bother me at all. Great product, definitely recommend!

I got this because I got tired of buying water at the store. Apparently, I use a lot of water so I am constantly filling it so I may have to invest in another pitcher. I just wish the extra pitcher I need to buy had a filter with it. The water taste great. I’m drinking a lot more water now seems I’ve invested money into this machine.

My water comes from a community well, and sometimes it is mineral heavy and sometimes the flavor is off. Although osmosis removes most to all minerals, it is better than consuming too many minerals because that is just as bad as not enough. I can get my minerals from my food and mineral drops. The water is so tasty and clean. I can’t stop drinking it.
