Liked the first bulb I received, so I bought a second bulb--and its intensity/brightness/color is different from the first bulb!
UPDATE: October 12, 2017: Today I changed my rating from five star to one star! I like the first bulb--received through the Amazon Vine Program--so much that I ordered and bought a second one to use in a two-light hanging fixture over my kitchen island. It took over a month to ship, but that was okay with me because I really wanted this light. Well, it arrived yesterday and I dropped what I was doing to screw it into the fixture. Lo and behold: It's brighter that the first one. And it does not have the nice warm glow the original/first bulb has. Very disappointing! Now what do I do?My original review follows:Love what this light does over my kitchen island. It is bright, but it is warm and mellow--at the same time. I have a two-light fixture hanging right above the kitchen island where I do a lot of prep work. By changing out just one of the lights it was easy to see the differences. I thought that the warm glow would hamper the brightness and make things too dim to work by. But the opposite is true. This Euri light is perfect for placement about 3 to 4 feet above a work area. This small bulb, with its 40 degree beam, gives better light than the bulb-shaped, white light LED bulb (9W, 120V, 60Hz, 75mA, 800 lumens) it is replacing. And this smaller bulb, at 7W, is less wattage, too.In a high ceiling area, where you want to provide a general and wide area of light, I think a broad beam or a regular light bulb shape is the way to go. But for a light that hangs over your work station, kitchen table, puzzle table, or such like that, this bulb is the way to go. And yes, it does dim. And the color is rich and beautiful.

Good, bright, but possible dimming issue
This does seem like a higher quality product than some alternatives, but, as others have said, it does seem brighter than you'd expect. Not sure if that's good or bad. I replaced a non spot light rated at 800 lumens and 13.5 watts, and this 550 lumen, 8.5 watt bulb is a lot brighter. Maybe it's the fact it's a spot light, I don't know. Just be advised, you may be able to replace a higher lumen bulb with this one.I knock a star off because it does not dim low very well. It flickers on me at the lower dimmer settings (I have a switch designed for LEDs). I think all LED bulbs have trouble with dimming, but this one, at least for me, has a lot trouble and the dimmest setting I can get without flickering is not low enough for my liking. Maybe it's just my fixture. I like it is wet rated, though. The price seems higher than alternatives, but the life span looks like it is longer. You need to take that into consideration and buy according to your particular needs. But if you are using it a lot in a hard to reach fixture, it may be worth the extra cost to have last longer.

Energy Savings is a Win ... Video Shows Bulb in Action
The media could not be loaded. If you haven't tried one of these flood/spot lights, I'd recommend that you test one out. I've now replaced an entire set of incandescent can light bulbs with LED spots, and this bulb is now living on one of my exposed bulb chains (see my video) as it keeps the light shining down.Incandescent lights are glass with a filament. This is all LED, so there is a cooling system (those holes on the sides of the face) and individual LEDs on the face. It is nice and bright, and I'd describe the LIGHT QUALITY as very white and bright. It's not yellow in any way.A good spot bulb for sure, and an energy saver.
