I have these air chucks on all of my air lines now. I have been using them for over a year now and they are very good quality and work great. They're easy to clip onto a valve stem and don't leak any air. I'm very happy with this purchase.

They do not close when disconnected from a tire like a traditional tire chuck does. If you want to use this on an air compressor, like I did, you must install a air shut off valve and keep it closed when not filling a tire.

Great for filling larger tires such as truck tires when you need to use a bead blaster or be able to roll the tire to seat the bead. No worries about your air supply coming off the valve stem. Quicker than using a spin on style adapter. The one seems to be holding up with no issues but the reason for a 3 star review comes from the 2nd adapter. Just while fiddling with it in my hand the pin fell out and the latch came apart. Luckily they sell them in pairs but bummed the one came apart.

For some reason the lever rusted and froze after I used it in the rain after a road call.

The latch and spring are strong enough to hold it to the valve stem. The threads are good quality, with no burs. Good heavy construction, all Brass no Aluminum the fact that it is a straight latch and not a 90 degree latch is very useful in many applications. I would recommend these for anyone's tool box!

These are junk, do not work as they should, seems to be missing internal parts that prevent the air from leaking wide open.
