I use it daily and I no longer buy bottled water. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job well, but takes some time *by B***A on 21 December 2024* Got a new humidifier which takes about 1gallon of distilled H2O/day. With this distiller I don’t have to purchase/store gallon jugs. Easy to use once you get the knack of set up. Each process takes just a few minutes to set up. The 4 hour default fills the included gallon jug. I set it up in a spare bathroom or on our balcony when it is warm. The unit does have a steady hum from the fan a does generate some heat. Doesn’t really require any attention while running though I still am in habit of checking it periodically. I don’t think I will leave on while I’m not home. Periodic descaling only takes a few minutes with included crystals.
