本家のロートタムは最高です。

類似品が安価で出ていますが、ちょっとがんばって本家のロートタムを買いました。最高です。私はビル・ブファッフォードのドラミングに憧れているので、学生の頃から欲しかったです。高価で買うのをためらっていましたが、思い切って買ってよかったです。フレームを回転させてピッチが変わるというアイデアが秀逸だし、乾いた音も独特です。サイズによっては廃盤になっているものが出始めているので、もっと買い足したいなあと考えています。まずは、このセットを基本に買うのがベストかと。楽曲は選びますが、一生ものなので、ライブで使っていきたいと思います。
