Ascend OLED Desk Lamp Black

Nice warm light, but not weirdly yellow. OLED lighting really is fantastic and this is an attractive package. The lamp it's replacing had an Ikea 3.5W E12 (candelabra base) LED bulb and this lamp is somewhat brighter, and less yellow, but less omni-directional since the lamp points down. I'd love to see this OLED element make it into other form factors, like wall sconces.

This lamp is a pretty work of art. It is functional, giving off light in 3 brightness levels. The switch is a touch sensitive pad that toggles between on/off and brightness. It also uses the emerging oled technology which is part of the reason I got it. The con is that the touch sensitive pad has no small light to highlight where to touch in darkness. Get it for it's looks and technology not because of cost effectiveness.

The lamp died after several months. I do not know whether there is a replacement one.

I love this lamp! Very sleek and modern design. It's the perfect size for my desk and no reflection off my computer. The OLED light itself is great for reading – flicker free and no glare. Comes fully assembled, only needed to plug in power supply. Highly recommend!

Love the desk lamp as the white light generated by the OLED is easier on the eyes. Makes reading less stressful. Nice form and finish.

Great light, very bright, economical and lightly warm OLED. Wait a few years and it would be OLED lights everywnere.

This is a sleek, elegant lamp. Lightweight, fits in small spaces and gives off a powerful light without being overpowering.
