A nice option if you're trying to cook for non-spicy eaters. I just add some Peruvian hot sauce to my own plate to restore some kick, but this paste is great for adding the appropriate flavor. In recipes that call for actual Aji Amarillo peppers, I just add extra paste and it helps fill-out the dish. Glad I found this one! Arrived undamaged, with the seal intact. Price was in line with other specialty items.
