I really wasn't expecting much, but from the very first night I used this sheet, I had the best night's sleep I've had in years! My husband wears his smartwatch to bed and said it's been showing that he's sleeping more hours since using the grounding sheet. We shall see how it does with minimizing pain.

Didn't feel any change in sleep, or something like that.

Woke up day 1 feeling different in a good way. Not yawning as much today. Let’s see what it does for muscle pain and so forth.

I dont if the sheet really helps but I am sleeping better , it does help you keep cooler thou.

This does not work! Don’t waste your money! They do fit as described but that’s all!

I don't think the grounding has made any difference for me. I do live that these are really deep and they stay on my 8" mattress better than any of my other sheets. They are comfortable and wash well. I do like them, not convinced it was worth the money as I was hoping for better sleep for my husband and these don't seem to have made any difference in that regard.
