These are great, though. The quick release makes changing out bands especially easy, and the material is extremely soft and comfortable to wear. I do not typically wear my watches to sleep, but it is pretty easy to forget you are wearing the watch when you have one of these bands on. They are not very breathable, as they are solid silicone, but they are very easy to clean.
