Got this for my knee scooter because it's hard to move liquid on those! The upper brackets are 3 inches ID. That size fit my usual glass for water, and it fits normal size water bottles. Don't get this if you are using glasses/bottles much larger than 3 inches in diameter. The shaft on the knee scooter is at a slight angle, not completely straight - the bottle holder can't be adjusted for this, so it made spills easier on a full open glass. Pretty minor and not a typical situation. Overall, I'm pleased with this bottle holder.

So I bought this to put on my home eliptical machine since it didn’t have a cup holder, it slips a little bit, like if you put a drink in it the basket tilts downward which makes me scared it’s going to just fall lol especially depending on what I put in there. Seems to hold generic water bottles okay, but anything any heavier I wouldn’t do. Pretty sure it’s on there as tight as it can go.

Easy to install and it holds up well. What I noticed, though, was that the bottle holder can shake around and move a little, sometimes making it feel like the bottle is going to fall out if riding over bumpy ground.

I purchased this drink holder for my long bike ride. It was perfect as it stayed in place and held my cup. It was easy to take the cup out for a drink an d put back while riding with out having to stop.

I bought this to attach to my bicycle for morning coffee runs. I always wanted to ride my bike to the coffee shop to get my coffee, but I wanted to take my coffee back home to enjoy.This thing holds coffee cups great! of course it splashes a little. but if the lid is on tight there is little to worry about.

So thought they would be great for holding our water bottles..nope . Not only did they NOT do that but because they wouldn't keep a tight grip we had to keep holding on to the bottles eveytine we'd hit a bump in the road. Now I'm not talking crater bumps,I'm talking your cracks etc that are there. My husbands NEWLY purchased water bottle came out ,hit the ground denting the bottle and the lid itself broke so about 1/3 of the lid itself is now gone. I am NOT happy about this one bit. They do not stay tight on the handlebar and I'm totally disappointed with this purchase.
