Love this flagpole. Easy to use and works perfectly.

This pole has already been through several strong windstorms but if I lived on the coast, I would have my doubts.The instructions were effective but what I would have liked is a longer sleeve. I added some metal galvanized fencing to the hole before the concrete to add some strength.Wish it could do a true half mast, but I guess we cannot have everything. Glad I got the taller one.

I bought this for our camper. It is easy to raise once it is in the holder. Simply raise one section at a time and rotate the raised section clockwise to lock it, then raise the next section.The instructions were a little confusing about attaching the flag. They kept referring to a rope for the flag but there was no rope included, nor the pulley pictured. This pole came with plastic rings attached to the pole for the flag. The ring at the top of the pole was affixed so that it can swivel 360 degrees. The second ring was able to swivel 360 degrees but also floats up and down the flag pole. This feature basically allows you to attach any size flag you want to the pole. Once I figured that out it was very easy.I’m not sure how long the clips will last as they are made of a flimsy looking plastic. Overall I’m satisfied with this pole.

Love the pole for camping but I'm unable to extend to 30ft due to wind and bending. I feels like it could snap from the base so I only have it half to 3/4 extended.

Easy to install. It came with a solar light on top... Really like that. It looks nice and is really light weight. Can take it out of permanent sleeve at house and use it on mt travel trailer. I wouldn't leave it up with the flag on in a 60 mile wild...it will bend in half

I was excited when my flag pole arrived. I immediately set it up in cement and with the tire holder. The pole was working beautifully until about 1 month of usage. Where I live the winds are strong so I lower the poles just to protect it. Well after a month, I wasn't able to raise and lower the Telescopic poles. They get stuck, now they don't even hold up. I have sent 2 emails to the company and they haven't taken the time to respond to my concerns. I am frustrated with the flagpole and the lack of communication with me.

Quality pole but telescoping locking does not release even with applying slight pressure to lock. Had to use channel lock pliers to get two sections released. Installed on my motor home so it is imperative that I can retract the pole for storage/transport. Finally drilled and pinned the section in order to avoid the locking issue.

I like this product It was easy to assemble right out the box . But you have to make your own flagpole stand or dig a hole and put concrete in to install it .
