A: About 40 in a 10# box

**Q: Can you cut the sheets into smaller sizes?  I make individual Lasagnas and am looking for pasta sheets I can cut into smaller pieces to layer.**
A: Yes, you can cut them for lasagna! I cut mine into 4 pieces for manicotti.

These sheets are way too thin for ravioli. They fall apart when cooked, see photo. I’ve been making ravioli for 40 yrs. I bought 2 packages of these to make 500 ravioli . I had to throw them all in the trash.
