Very powerful motor. You can get the same power from Bosch 2in 1 Hammer and screw drill. This also is very light weight and flexible. It easily drives easily inside wood chuck and directly inside solid wood. I am satisfied with the product. I dont know about commercial use but it is useful for light DIY Work. It is very Durable you can feel it by holding it.
