仕事柄騒音のある場所で使ったり、周りの声がある中で使ったりしていますが、音声を聞いてる人に聞くとクリアで聞き取りやすいと言われます。 スマホとPCに同時にペアリングできるため、PC作業中にスマホにかかってきた電話の応答などもできます。 TeamsやZoomなどのミュート機能も本体のボタンでできますし音量調整も手元でできるので便利です。

某ユーチューバー氏が、工場の中でも屋外でもキレイな音声で録音できていたので、興味があって購入しました。 最初の使用は、キーノートに声を入れるプレゼン動画の作成でした。MacBook Proのアダプタ経由でドングルを挿入し、本体の電源を入れたところ、問題なくマイクとして認識されました。その後録音したのですが、声は低音が軽くなるものの、空調のノイズが効果的にカットされており、驚きました。これ、使えます。耳でモニターできるのも、キーノートに入れた効果音を確認しながらしゃべることができるので、使いやすいです。 あとは、電池の持ちと耐久性が心配ですが、ある種消耗品として使うのが正解、なのでしょうね。 買ってよかったです。

this product is broken when i bought it. it took so many months to understand the issue the sound of my voice is not understandable from other party. sometimes it is ok. but inconsistent. after several testing, i prove that my product is a bad product. i reported it to the customer service, and they said they will replace it. however, after 2 days they said thay don’t have stocks. i followed up may times. it’s been 2 weeks already but I got no update from them. bad product -> could be only this product. unlucky. customer service -> really bad. unresponsive after sales website -> really hard to ask inquiry or to request for replacement through website. so many errors

音質、周辺の雑音を拾わずとてもクリアな音声で相手に届くマイク、1年半使用してびくともしない耐久性。とても素晴らしい製品です。これに出会うまで何度も買い換えましたが、やっと良い製品に出会えました。もし壊れても次もこの製品を購入します。

音漏れが気になるので星減らしました。 あとは気になる事はありません。

投稿にもありましたが、接続が時々、切断されます。ミュートも接続時に、されていない時とされている時とあります。Webexの設定では、ミュートで接続するように設定しているのですが。。。耳掛け部分が、伸縮すると、装着がフィットするのですが、今後の改善を期待します。

同機種３台目なので本体の性能には文句はないが今モデルからのバッテリーケースが自己放電して使い物にならない。 まだ購入・使用して１年たっていないが今後不安。ケースがないと充電できないので充電ドングルくらいはつけてほしい。バッテリーが死んだままでの充電は危険だ。 値段が高いのにこれでは全く良くない。

The battery life is only 4 hrs which is not competitive compared to wireless airbuds , however the mic don't have powerful ai noise cancelling

Poly Voyager 5200 UC Wireless Headset & Charging Case – This is a superb headset that has given me freedom to move around during calls. The has a dedicated dongle that prevents drop outs on calls as I have experienced with Bluetooth only headsets. The battery lasts well and charges quickly. In the case where I forgot to charge the headset, the charge cable can be connected while using the headset. The headset has been used for Teams, Cisco Webex, Slack and Zoom (to name a few) without issue. The mute and volume controls are on the headset which is useful when away from the PC on a call. I can move to any part of the house (away from the PC) and still remain connected to the call. Why I do this is for making coffee, searching for items needed during the call and for other stops needed for those longer calls. I recommend finding a copy of the older ‘Plantronics Hub’ software that makes managing calls better than the new suite in my opinion. The headset is also comfortable for me and I have used it for delivering training where I am on a call for many hours at a time.

Sorprende las prestaciones del dispositivo duración de la bateria, la comodidad de la carga, como retiene el ultimo numero que has marcado y la comodidad con la que puedes realizar una nueva rellamada, la comodidad para descolgar la llamada entratante sin tener que tocar el auricular, la comodidad para poder solicitar a traves del asistente de voz cualquier acción. En contra tiene que las almohadillas del oido no son comodas, para aquellos que deseen tener bien incrustada la misma en el oido, entiendo que eso es mejorable y debe de ser mejorado. Salvo ese inciso es perfecto, comodo y practico
