Great unit great price!
I ordered this unit to replace my old broken airconditioner. It arrived in perfect shape 4 days early - thank goodness! Temperatures are supposed to get into the 90's today. Directions for installation were clear and complete. We had the old unit out and my new one installed and cooling the place down in under 2 hours. I couldn't be happier or more grateful. Thanks to all who participated getting this unit to me! After much researching wall units for a replacement it was pretty clear this unit was superior to most with a reasonable price too. Thanks again !

Easy to install
Cools good.The unit is a little louder than I expected.Cools good.

Defective, heavy, worthless device
Device was utterly defective. Upon receiving the heavy, not so well packed merchandise, I carried and unpacked it, placed it in a 250 square foot bedroom, turned on cool at 62 degrees Fahrenheit on auto setting. Room did not cool even after 25 min wait. Called Amazon for refund. I had to repack the heavy merchandise and bring it all the way down to the lobby for UPS pick up right then and there. Needless to say, it was unfair that my time was totally wasted, as well as being inconvenienced for an expensive, worthless, heavy, defective device. It was apparently a number 1 best seller at Amazon ( highly doubtful now).

Energy efficiency issue
It works, as advertised. The plastic face frame is cheaply made. Quiet and comfortable to use. I do NOT like that this machine resets to “energy saving mode” each time it is turned on. The buttons on the remote and the machine are labeled in very small letters.

Shipping Department is Lacking
Overall the product works as described. First one I received was completely destroyed in shipping and the second one had a cracked front plastic but everything else worked so I decided to keep it. Packaging is poorly designed and clearly not taken care of during the shipping process.
