how to set memory presets for this standing desk?

Get desk at desired height. Hold “m” button for 4 seconds...when it flashes, press one of the numbers and it’s set.

What happens after 30 days if the hydraulic lift fails?

mine never worked from the time I unboxed it. Returned it

Where can i get the power cord for this?

Hello. You may search 2-Prong AC Wall Power Cable on Amazon. Thank you!

Can I buy a different control panel which doesn't have the auto-lock mechanism? And with 3 presets rather than 2?

Unfortunately it is just the one handset that comes with the desk.
