It was easy to use and cleaned the chain good.

The chain cleaning device is also ok but the brushes are rubbish. They are cut and will scratch your bike paintwork and are made of (seemingly) low quality plastic.If I were to be buying this type of product again I wouldn’t choose this one.

After working out how to take it apart, today I had the opportunity to use it. Put degreaser in and tried to fit to chain but spilled most of the contents, Once I did manage to get it on the chain it jammed, found that if it is angled away then it did indeed work and I suppose it was working because the degreaser had small amounts of oil contamination.Removed it but lost the gear wheels and spent a good half hour trying to put it back together.The one useful thing was a very thin brush and that worked a treat but the bigger one didn't fit anywhere.Normally I use a couple of taped together toothbrushes, at least they don't fall apart.

Bought this for a friend. He says it's flimsy, awkward to use, and probably won't last very long. Won't buy again.

This works much better than a similar model I purchased years ago. This one actually does a decent job, although not as efficient as removing the chain and cleaning it in a bowl with solvent and a proper steel brush. But that on the other hand is a much bigger job and takes a lot of time.

It's ok, but feels a bit flimsy and doesn't magically clean the chain, there's still a lot of elbow grease involved to get it cleaned up.The u-shaped scrubber thing is pointless, not sure what to clean with that, but it's too large for chain, cog and spokes, and too small for everything else...The serated thing is ok to poke out large bits of crap out of the cassette but you still need to get the rest of the crap off it.The long brush is too soft to clean the cassette, it works if it's not too gunked up, but for any off-road use other than dust, it's too soft.The chain cleaner does feed the chain through it and is easy to use. I'm just not sure how much it actually helps - I would expect the brushes to be a lot stiffer. It seems to smear the goop over the chain rather than clean it...

Simple, easy to use. For the price, good value. Easy to clean after use. Brushes were a bonus.Overall a decent product.
