Still, I decided to get them anyway because I knew from experience the cheap foam ones don't work for me and were uncomfortable. Like most ear-things, it comes with many sizes that you can easily pull off and put back on. The volume reduction is less than I'd expected, but given the past few uninterrupted nights of sleep I've had, my unconscious body doesn't seem to mind. They feel very comfortable in my ear and more importantly they don't stick out at all when put in right. This really helps them to stay in overnight. I only had them fall out once and that was during my first night where I did not put them in correctly. Overall, I'm happy, though personally I still fail to see why these have such a high price tag given that they are just simple earplugs. I bought these on the recommendation of a friend to block out noise from noisy neighbors and while I really like the flexible design, I am disappointed with how well they actually fit and block sound with the smallest tips. If I use the clear tips, the buds will stay in, but they don't block as much sound and become uncomfortable after just an hour of wear. The foam tips are more comfortable and definitely block more sound, but will fall out in the middle of the night.
