Proto boards
Nice boards. Using them for Raspberry Pi Zero projects. Makes a neat hat when used with stacking headers.

If you make some prototypes with your raspberry Pi, this is a very simple way to get it started.
I got this for some raspberry pi project prototypes I wanted to try out. Works great. Gives me that extra space to hook more more to my device without having to go higher or lower on the pins. Very solid feeling, great materials, clearly labeled and some good online resources to get you started. Buy it if you need it.

Prototype Board (NOT a Breadboard) for Raspberry Pi Zero
This protoboard has one (minor) issue: the name includes “breadboard”, and it is NOT a breadboard. This is a circuit board that is meant to have components soldered to it, NOT a device that one simply plugs things into and the board itself makes those connections. There IS a set of connections from the 40-pin GPIO connector to solder pads on the board, but that’s not the same thing. With that said, the board fits a Raspberry Pi Zero form factor perfectly. You can use standoffs to support the protoboard, or just use the GPIO connector to support it. Either way is pretty easy. Since the protoboard has clear markings for each GPIO pin, it makes it fun and easy to connect external components to a Pi Zero (or Pi Zero W) for whatever your project needs. Finally, as small as this board is, it’s really solid. Mine has put up with connecting and un-connecting to a Pi Zero many times as I worked on my project. And the price is hard to beat, too! It’s definitely a great value for the cost.

a little more costly (for example you can get a pi zero sized proto board from Microcenter for like 2$ less but it doesn't have the GPIO rails ...
Solid prototyping board, a little more costly (for example you can get a pi zero sized proto board from Microcenter for like 2$ less but it doesn't have the GPIO rails isolated like that so it has its' own challenges) than some options but I think it makes up for it in terms of the GPIO organization. Because of the size, soldering can be tough as is finding real estate for sensors if youre using them but will probably buy some more of these in the future
