I will be returning to school when my daughter is six months. I breastfed my son exclusively for 3 years so maintaining breastfeeding with my second child is crucial after seeing all the benefits. My son never took a bottle so I decided to try at two months introducing breast milk with a bottle to my daughter to get her used to. I only give her one bottle a day. The rest is from me. She hated the agent bottle and hated it she would cry and almost drown on all the milk. It was awful to just even think about giving her the bottle. The HEGEN bottle is AMAZING, she loves it and for the first time finished all the milk. The anticolinérgico valv works great, and the fact that is square makes it so easy to clean and hold. The closing system is so much easier and the bottle is actually pretty. If you are a breastfeeding mom do not even look for other products this is it. The best bottle fro breastfed babies. It is on the expensive end but it is so worth it.

These are worth every penny! My baby is so breast-feed, and I want it to implement a bottle so that I could have breaks I went through six different brands before I came across this one. This one I feel mimics more of the breast, so it was easy for him to take. Also, it doesn’t leak when I flipped the bottle upside down. It does have a fast letdown, but it doesn’t bother my baby, because I have a fast Letdown. Plus they are cool and I love the shape and they’re so easy to clean dishwasher safe. I do wish the tops fit a bit better. They tend to come off when I put them in my bag.

I have been using these bottles and Hegen products for a year now, and I can say they are the best bottles all around. We tried so many bottles and nipples when my son was born, and I was looking for something non-toxic (preferably glass or stainless steel), that had an anti-colic valve, and that worked for preparing formula. Glass ended up being too heavy and we couldn't find a glass bottle with a nipple that worked well for my son. He never took well to Dr. Brown's narrow nipples. I found some stainless steel bottles but those nipples didn't work for him either. Then I found these. I love that the bottles are PPSU, which is stronger and more durable than regular PE bottles that most companies sell. They also don't give off any smell and are BPA free. The anti-colic nipples are excellent, the anti-colic valve actually works with no extra parts, it never collapses, and it has an off-center shape that works well for my baby. I haven't had any issues with leaking. All materials are high quality. The opening to the bottle is square and large, so it is easy to scoop in formula and mix in the bottle. Hegen also sells storage tops that work well for mixing formula or for taking formula/breastmilk on the go. They also sell other lids to serve as snack containers when you are done with bottle feeding, so you get your money's worth for sure! The slow flow nipple is a bit fast, so it probably doesn't work for newborns. We started at 4 months and has continued to work well for my now 14-month-old (he doesn't like the medium flow so far). It does take awhile to heat liquid in the bottle, but we just warm up his formula in a stainless steel bottle and transfer to the Hegen bottle. I can't recommend these enough!!!!

These bottles are amazing! You can pretty much open and close them one handed, which is awesome when holding a crying baby. The bottle portion is a harder plastic than most brands offer which I really liked, and the shape makes it so much easier to clean. The fact that these transition into sippy cups (you can even use the larger ones for shakes or smoothies for mama) and food storage containers makes them totally worth the higher price. The whole hegen system can grow from baby to toddler and even everyone at home. And I don’t know if it’s important to anyone else, but this brand definitely gets points for style. I can appreciate a cool design. I will say the nipples flow faster than some other brands, so you might want to size down if you’re ordering nipples as well.
