Highly recommend!
Love these. Soft, thick, and very comfortable. I forget I have them on. Really helps to spread my toes. Liked them so much I bought my daughter a pair and me a second pair. Much better than the silicone separators.

I live them…
At first, they are uncomfortable and hurt a little. I am so determined not to let my toes become twisted so I was persistent about wearing them every night. The first time, I only lasted about 5 minutes but I wore them a little longer each night. Last night I wore them most if the night. My feet and toes feel so much better. If you have these socks, you bought them for a reason. Don’t give up. You’ll be happy that you didn’t.

Painful at first, but worth it!
I LOVE these socks. A year ago, I had squished up toes that curled under each other which made it painful to walk or run. I switched to minimalist shoes and toe spacers and these socks are the final step in my toe realignment transition. It’s been a long journey but so worth it. Even though I’ve used spacers for awhile, these socks after just a week already make a difference in realigning my toes even further. If you have never used toe spacers before, these socks will hurt at first. The socks are soft, warm, and perfectly relax my feet. I never realized how much tension I carry in my feet but now after a long day I can throw these socks on and they force my feet and even my legs to let tension go. The stitching at the bottom of the socks make them uncomfortable to walk in, as others have mentioned. Highly recommend, just be patient if this is your first attempt at fixing your toes because the socks will be painful at first!
