Tasty! Glycemic friendly
Love this stuff! I put it in a mug with milk for couple minutes and it is heaven. It comes with flax seed which is great for breast feeding mamas. I also sprinkle some chia seeds while it’s still hot. Way better than Quaker Apple version in taste and not as high in sugar.

Good and healthy I eat it every morning I have to watch my health so it's helping. I add frozen fruit to it instead of butter and sugar like I used to.

Love the oatmeal, hate they only send - box not 6
Took me two times contacting customer service and four orders to finally get the correct amount. I kept getting sent 1 single box vs the 6 boxes as listed. Thankfully the last rep I spoke to was very helpful and made sure I got my correct order. Otherwise I love this oatmeal and eat it every morning.

A great breakfast alternative!
This stuff is so good it ought to be against the law! LOL And 100 calories? Perfect way to start the day. It doesn't make a big bowl but the content is just enough. A bit pricey but worth it.
