I love this backpack
I've had this backpack for over a year, and I genuinely have no complaints about it. My large 17" laptop and its massive power brick fit very well along with everything else I could possibly need for work/school. The zippers are sturdy and smooth. I don't think I've ever had them snag, and well after a year of use, the zippers are smooth enough to be opened one-handed. Here are my favorite features listed;- Plenty of storage/space/pockets.- Zippers are excellent, sturdy, and smooth.- Nifty sunglasses holder on the shoulder strap- Drink slot on both sides (many backpacks only have one)- Subtle, but quality overall aesthetic, the branding is small and doesn't cheapen the look like others- Straps for comfort and support, on either side of the backpack to help keep it closer to your back and can be adjusted- Comfortable back and shoulder paddingI really can't think of any significant critiques of this backpack. I needed to buy it as it was one of the only ones that would fit my 17" laptop, but after having used it for over a year, I'd recommend it for anyone with any size laptop.

No rips or tears after 4 years of heavy use.
I bought this for college in 2019 and regularly haul around large 17.5 inch laptop, Wacom tablet, charger, cables, a binder and books in it (~30 or more lbs). I was worried about some of the reviews saying it wasn't very durable, but I haven't had any issues at all and the stitching seems fine even after 4 years of daily use. It's extremely roomy and fits everything with space to spare. Overall I'm extremely happy with this purchase and will definitely buy one again if/when this one craps out. I haven't had a chance to try out the usb port, but it's a neat feature to have even if I don't use it. Also, the hidden pocket under the pad on the lower back area is a nice touch. My only complaint is that the material used on the inside seems a little cheap to the touch, but I am biased coming from a backpack with a felt lining. So far I have not had any issues with the inner lining at all after getting used to it and it doesn't seem to detract from the overall build quality, which I consider excellent when compared to other offerings at the same price, (of which there are very few that will fit my 17 inch laptop comfortably). Went through and returned several backpacks from retail stores near me and none of them fit my laptop at all like this does.

Super big!!!
Nice LARGE backpack. Plenty of space for my programming laptop, a sack lunch, my small purse, a compact umbrella, and more! Plenty of compartments and spaces to put things. The main zippers have option to lock with a small lock but the other zippers don't. The other zippers also leave a small gap where the two zipper heads meet but it's not large enough for things to fall out. I worry about the snow and rain getting in it but that problem is solved when I mive the zipper heads to the side of the bag instead of at the top.Great bag!

Zipper Pull Tab is not sturdy
Before I used this for the first time, the zipper pull on the main pocket broke in half. After the first use a second zipper pull broke. They are made of a cheap, not very durable plastic. Otherwise, the backpack was nice. Lots of compartments and spaces.

Good quality, lots of features, lots of space !! USB charging fails.
Love this backpack. Does exactly what I needed. Very sturdy and good quality, except the USB charging. I took the cable out and it charged 90% of the time. However when in the backpack and connecting via the attached socket it never charged my phone (same cable and battery). Double checked this by using my own cable on same phone and battery and all OK. If this is a deal breaker look elsewhere. It wasn't for me as there are so many pockets on the outside I can utilize those to store an external battery and use my own cables. My HP Zbook is BIG (16.5"wide, 11"deep and 1.5" thick) and it fits in the laptop pocket easily. There are loads of pockets for all sorts of things. The chest strap is handy if you have long walks to keep the straps narrow and off your shoulders. It also adjusts/slides up and down.

Perfect Size
This backpack is my work bag. It is durable. I love the size because it's not digging into my back like the regular size backpack does. I would have preferred to pay less for it but it's worth the price.

Easily fits a 19" laptop!
I have ordered several travel backpacks and this one is by far the best. It has a very sturdy fit without being heavy or bulky. There is ample storage compartments as well as a very nice protective sleeve for your laptop. Excellent!

Great backpack that allows me to travel easily with a massive laptop
When I travel I usually take a small and light laptop but, on a recent trip, I wanted to record video in a variety of situations and needed to take several cameras, power bricks, tablets and my large 17" gaming laptop to edit the video efficiently. This backpack held everything easily and had plenty of room left over for use as an overnight bag. It was comfortable to wear, even when fully loaded, protected all my gear and seems durable.
