All that anyone really needs

Was now in the market for a belt as I am now lifting heavier. Being a beginner, I didn't know too much about the whole belt game but after reading the reviews, I noticed that this belt is for beginners and veterans alike. So with the price being perfect, I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. Very easy to use, stable and comfortable. There isn't anything else to say other than get it and you won't regret it! Your back will thank you!

Solid. Easily worth the price.

I have had one for two years. Velcro is now getting a little tired but it still holds soso. Locking bar works as new. Fits pretty true to the chart. If in doubt size down. I got a medium and it fits fine. Zero complaints. But maybe a small would have been more optimal. Would by again.
