Definitely value for money if your are looking to lose some weight comfortably. The style of it allows you to wear under other garments or as is. Wearing warms the body and inducing heat and once working out you produce a lot a lot a lot of sweat.

Horrible, washed item prior to wearing, husband had rash all over legs, NEVER had problem before with similar products.....would give a rating of -5 stars but system wouldn't allow it!

They work, but fall apart. I bought a size larger to prevent them from stretching apart. Unfortunately, after a gentle washing, the seams holding the neoprene liner started coming undone. It's still usable, but the quality could be better.

Makes me sweat very easily. Don't listen to the other because I went up on the size and they were too big on the mid section. But for me I wanted my sweats to be skin tight because I want to sweat more. I mean no air flow.

At first I thought they were great. There is a mess crotch not sure how I feel about it. Although by the second use they started to rip more and more with every wear. They still get the job done for now but would not buy again not worth the cost.
