Any way to adjust for lux on and off?

These are photoelectric cells. There is no adjustment

Why is it not rated for LED bulbs?

The photocell's function is simply to turn on power to the transformer at dusk and off at dawn. Bulb type is not a factor with photocell but make sure the transformer is compatible with LED.

Will this control a 120v led light that has a very low wattage (2 watts)? i know some dusk-to-dawn light controllers have problems controlling these.

I believe it will. Look at the spec, I believe it does. I would not try it on any "dimmable" lights. I am pretty certain that the Photo cell allows only an On or Off circuit.

What is the warranty on these lights?

Not sure on the warranty, but I installed one on a LED light, and it acted like a strobe light. It would come on at night then go off for 10 seconds, come back on and go off again. This repeated constantly throughout the night. I replaced the entire light with a factory light with a built in sensor. Would not recommend buying these
