Really easy to set up, practically built for you. Packs away to a reasonable size to store in a corner or Cupboard. Used it for chest and shoulder so far. Flat, incline, full and its not budged at all. Solid and comfortable. The resistance bands that come with it seem abit pointless to me. Not much movement in them really but I wasn't particularly bothered for them. I wondered about the quality for the cost but im glad I took a punt.
