I just finished a small ebike build the same day the battery was delivered, the battery was delivered about a week early. I read the instructions and then proceeded to charge the battery until the chargers indicator light shown green. I attached the battery to the bike *noting the start voltage of the ride is 26.4V* and went for a test ride of less then 2 hours and only consuming 1.6 volts I was extremely happy!!!!!!!! I was pleased with the performance and the battery wasn't too hot to the touch, I unplugged the battery from the ebike and plugged the battery into the provided charger and the red/green charger light suddenly cut off. Like my charger just died... I tried another 125v receptacle to see if it was the issue and the charger won't turn on and just chirps and makes a small sound when plugged into an outlet. The battery never charged after being on the charger the first time. It was my very first ebike battery I've ever bought and I believe I just got a bad quality charger and now I have a 200$+ brick and some wires.
