ただ床に転がって腹筋していた時よりも効きます。お尻が痛くなくていいです。

腹筋ベンチで尻が剥けたのでこれを使用 腹筋ベンチにポン乗せでも滑らない、裏面のグリップ良い。 湾曲部分はいらなかった、四角い尻の部分だでよかった 湾曲の反りが自分には大きい腰が痛くなる。

I purchased this as my tail bone used to get really saw when doing sit-ups rubbing on the floor. Since using this I have no more issues with my tail bone and can focus on my abs! Great buy! Well worth it.

Confortável leve e muito prática ocupando pouco espaço.

Mido 170, peso 68 kg unas medidas bastante estándar y en la media, la altura del cojín es muy grande solo me hace daño en el lumbar y mi espalda y cabeza quedan casi boca abajo al tumbarme en ella, al menos para gente de las de 1,80 y 80kg yo calculo que le quedará como debe ser para un uso perfecto y que sirva de algo

No me parece cómodo para hacer abdominales, falta instructivo de uso

Good quality. A little small, but so am I so it works for me. It is firm but soft. No more sore tailbone. I put mine on a carpet so it doesn't slide around. Easy to put out of the way when you aren't using it. Kinda wish it had a handle so you can hang it up though. Over all I am happy with this product.
