Cooking temperaturePreheated electric oven 240°CForno preheated gas 220°CCooking time8-9 minutesWarnings: the ventilated oven is not suitable for cooking Ciobar hearts. If the oven bakes a lot from the bottom lay at the beginning of cooking, a sheet of aluminum paper on the oven slab.PreliminaryPrepare 1 bowl, 1 electric mixer (or hand whisk), 1 tablespoon, 1 baking sheet. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator half an hour before use. Preheat the oven and baking sheet.1 Preparation- Grease and flour the molds.- Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the eggs and mix with the electric mixer for 1 minute at medium speed (or whisk by hand for two minutes).- Distribute the dough in the 4 molds.- The fluid heart is obtained directly with the baking of the imprint. asto.2 Cotter ura- Bake the treats on the plate of the preheated oven, on the average shelf of the electric oven (high shelf for the gas oven), for 8 minutes. Do not open during cooking.
