PETZLBoys Tikkid Headlamp Blue Plain

Bought for my 3 year old. He loves it and as its not very bright it isn’t such a worry if he accidentally shines it in people’s eyes.

Great product. Our son loves it. Very durable and well made.

Keeps sliding off my sons head and the tensioning clip is rubbish. Pretty disappointed

I bought this for my (nearly) 3-year-old son because he always wants to use mine. I looked into getting him one but an adult one wouldn't fit him and I'm concerned about the high brightness when he decides to hold it and look directly at the bright light!So a specific children's one with low lumens is what I wanted. It was then between this Petzl and the Black Diamond children's version and based on other reviews I chose the Petzl.My son loves it and I can't fault it so far, although I have only let him use it on the lowest setting and it doesn't produce much light, he seems happy! It fits well, it does have a slightly brighter setting that he can use when necessary, and is easily adjusted to fit over beanies etc.My only gripe is that it is significantly more expensive than the low-end adult versions from the same brand that have more lumens and probably more features, so it's (over)priced purely based on being better for children rather than the relative quality.It's more of a £15 product rather than a £25 product, but other than that I'm pleased with it.
