Helen's Asian Kitchen Silicone Wok Turner and Stir Fry Spatula, 13-Inches, Red

After years of cooking with standard steel woks, I stumbled on a wonderful nonstick wok with excellent heat transfer and no sicking of starch covered meats and noodles/rice (which seems to be a problem no matter how much I season a steel wok). However, standard steel wok spatulas/ladles are tough on non stick. This spatula solves the latter problem and is sturdy and durable enough for most wok cooking tasks. Ive used it for several months, several times a week and seems as good as new. Highly recommended at least for this use.

After spending/wasting time trying to locate a stir fry spatula at the stores, I found this here and am very pleased with how much better the curve and width of the spatula works with my wok, as opposed to trying to make do with other implements I have used in the past that were not as effective when stir frying. Love it!

This is a great multipurpose spatula for cooking. I use it for stir fry, because it is easy to get food out of wok with the raised edge, I also use it for pot stickers and pancake because it is thin on the front and easy to use as a turner. Easy to clean and durable, I would recommend it for anyone who likes Asian food cooking.

I don't know who Helen is, but her 14" Helen's Asian Kitchen 97139 Silicone Wok Tool is terrific. I especially like the curved edge of the tool because it matches the curve of my wok perfectly. I even like the fact that it's not too long and fits nicely in my drawer, but others may prefer a longer one if they have a really large wok.

Bought this spatula only a couple weeks ago and already have used it a lot. It just about perfect for use in a wok. It immediately took my wok skills up a couple notches as I could much more effectively move &/or turn items I was cooking on the wok’s interior. Easiest to clean kitchen tool I’ve ever owned. Highly recommended.

Sturdy, no nooks and crannies to collect food items. Look forward to giving my new wok a work out with it!

Not too bad, all these reviews are mixed with many kinds of spatula, hard to filter out exactly the right reviews for this product. I got silicone red wok fry spatula, So far it is working pretty nicely. The only thing is the front is slightly small.

(1) It also does not have the angle you expect from a wok spatula. It is completely flat, like a wood spoon(2) if is a metal skeleton with a silicon sheath

Precisely what I needed. I am always looking for "One Piece" kitchen utensils to prevent bacteria accumulating in between the seams of the parts. Food safety before good taste. Both are important.

It has a metal insert which makes it heavy to use. Also spatula head not wide enough.

This spatula has the thinnest/flattest edge of any silicone spatula I've ever had. It gets right under the food rather than pushing the food on a non-stick surface like so many others do, and it has a kind of a flat surface with a slight lip around it for the food to settle into. I use it for everything, including fried eggs. I love it!
