GREAT FOR CONSTIPATION!! a bit pricey but it is worth it. DO NOT think that if a little is good then A LOT is better!! I would drink (kinda nasty taste but do-able) about a quarter of the bottle and within a few hours-PRESTO!!! GOOD LUCK
