Very sharp - seem to be durable if used carefully
About 3 years ago, I visited my sister and she had these knives. I really liked the salad knife - I was amazed with how well it cut everything. I tried to buy just that one knife, but they don't sell it that way and I was forced to buy the whole set for that one knife. That being said, the smallest knives are used daily - much more than I ever thought I would. And I'm glad to have the bread knife. I have used them for about a year, and only on bamboo or wood cutting boards. They are still sharp. My sister cuts on other surfaces as well, and hers are no longer as sharp as they once were. However, hers are also at least 2 years older than mine.

Premium steel that you cannot get anymore
Purchases 15 years ago and my knives are still Sharp. Finally purchased another set with much much more in my opinion.
