I washed it and used it as soon as it arrived, and it is fantastic, sturdy but not overly heavy metal construction. The hinge is has a little bit of play, but not so much that it interferes with using the product. I'm looking forward to years of use. The one thing that puzzles me, as it pertains to desertcart shipping and packaging. This came in an desertcart bubble mailer. I'm just curious what the point is of sealing the top of the envelope if the sides are split? It's a wonder the item stayed in the envelope!

This squeezer works PERFECT. It is relatively easy to clean and amazingly easy to use. It gets out EVERY drop of juice in a citrus half of lemon or lime or anything that size. If anything negative must be stated, it would be that the acid stains the interior finish even though I rinse & wash it immediately after each use.
