This is the one you want and there is no need to pay 20-30 bucks. I use it to mix up my cardio. I also play sand volleyball so hopefully it will help me step up my quickness. Easy and quick to set up, 12 rungs that can easily be adjusted, no moving parts when the rungs are fixed, plenty long, carrying case to keep it neat and I was surprised at how inexpensive it was. Don't agonize over deciding which to get, buy this one and thank me later.
