Will this belt work with rack a tier pouches?

As long the bags have the loop to slide through I don't see why they wouldn't I'm carrying dewalt pro series on mine I will say this the belt is very comfortable rides well and very well made I've had for awhile and carry it daily for 8 to 12 hours a day and I frame I hope this answers your questions if you're asking for recommendations I highly recommend it

Do these belts have the rough side of velcro on back support so bags with soft Velcro grab it?

Nope. Sorry bro. But it is a comfy base belt. I just slid on my various bags, pop riveted them where they work best, threw on my Occidental suspenders, and away we go....

If i have a waist size 42 whats the best size to buy that will fit me comfortably even with outerwear on?

I would order the next size up if I were you I would order the next size up 2xl. I have a 33 waist and bought the 34 next time I will go up one size!

Does this belt work with tie-wire reel and ironer worker tools also?
