I'm a little disappointed with this project...
I'm a bit disappointed with this project because it couldn't replicate the slightly chewy French crepes found in restaurants...

Not bad, handy to have on hand if you have a craving for Crepes.
Not bad. Not much flavor when eating plain, need to add a little vanilla. If your someone who likes to cook and has most ingredients available, then you can probably make some Crepes from scratch that are just as good or better. Plus, a lot cheaper. But if you don't have the time and don't keep the ingredients available, then this is a handy mix to have.
