**Q: Can these go in the dishwasher?**
A: In theory they should not be dishwashed. However I have had no problem dishwashing mine as long as I put them around the sides of the basket as far away from the heating element as possible. (The unused surface of the  board leans against the side of the dishwasher.)

**Q: Is the surface totally smooth or does it have a rough feel to it?**
A: Surface on both sides are smooth. They do mark with a knife when cutting but are good quality.

**Q: would you tell me the maximum temperature when put some cooked meat  in it ?**
A: Have not used for meat coming straight out of the oven so unfortunately cannot help you.

**Q: These are think, so I wonder if they're bendable to move cutting vegi easily from the worktop into the pot like thin chopping mats? Thanks.**
