One review mentioned their moss being filled with bugs. Did anyone else have this issue?

Thank you for your question. We can assure you that Mosser Lee Spanish Moss does not contain bugs of any kind. Our Spanish Moss is boiled and fumigated during processing to eliminate this from happening.

Does this product contain any dyes or chemicals? I want to use this in a tarantula terrarium, but not if it's laced with chemicals.

If you want to lace moss in wirh your tarantulas, I would suggest ground moss. This type of moss is safe for frogs, tarantulas and salamanders. I have 2 tarantulas & the ground moss does a great job keeping Pink-Toe Tarantula’s humidity at a safe & comfortable setting. Spanish Moss is mainly used to hold moisture for potted plants by having it placed underneath or on top to help keep the moisture in the soil. In an enclosure, the dampness could cause serious problems. This why I suggest ground moss. Hope this help someone.
