I am using it on my upright acustic 3/4 bass and it delivers a full bodied sound. Output sound quality compares to other much more expensive pickups. Review: Excellent, sweet sound.. no noise - i have a few different Pickups i use for different purposes. They are Guitar pickups that i sometimes would put on my M'Biras (Kalimba like instruments). But i always hard a little hum in the background with them.. if i tried plugging it into an amp there would be howling feedback.. i wanted to record the sound on one of my M'Biras, and the humming sound could not be removed without also removing the quality of the instrument's sound.. So i went hunting.. & then remembered i already have the KNA NG-1 Piezo Pickup on my Nylon String Guitar.. Then i saw this KNA UP-2 and thought if its as good as the one i already have.. then problem solved.. i bought it.. and it's levels above what i was using on my M'Biras before. Putting the putty on as an adhesive helps to catch the vibrations, with no hum or howling feedback.. and this KNA UP-2 also has a volume control on it.. so you can decrease or increase the volume and add gain with whatever you plug it into.. it's damn near perfect.. ## Features - SURFACE-MOUNT PIEZO PICKUP – Captures the natural acoustic tone of your instrument without requiring modifications. - LIGHTWEIGHT WOOD-ENCLOSED SENSOR – Enhances tonal sensitivity while maintaining a natural aesthetic. - ONBOARD VOLUME CONTROL – Built-in mini potentiometer allows for precise volume adjustments on stage or in the studio. - EASY NO-MOD INSTALLATION – Securely attaches with non-marring, reusable putty or double-sided adhesive discs. - PASSIVE NO-BATTERY DESIGN – No battery required, preserving the pure, unaltered acoustic sound. - DETACHABLE CABLE – Includes a 9-ft. cable with 1/4" to 1/8" input jacks for versatile connectivity. - UNIVERSAL COMPATIBILITY – Ideal for a wide range of acoustic instruments, including guitars, violins, mandolins, ukuleles, and more. - HANDCRAFTED IN EUROPE – Built with high-quality materials for durability and superior sound performance. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #6,394 in Musical Instruments ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments ) #12 in Guitar Pickups & Pickup Covers | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 200 Reviews | ## Product Details - **Brand:** KNA - **Color:** Natural - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 6.32 x 2.38 x 5.14 inches - **Material:** Mahogany Wood - **Model Name:** KNA UP21 ## Images ![KNA UP-2 Universal Piezo Pickup for Guitar Ukulele Drums, Volume Control - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/812wl8bqG4L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality, low price. *by E***N on August 31, 2026* Very small pickup with a huge output performance. To my surprise, I found the volume ceiling to be quite adequate, and the tone to be more than acceptable for what it is (one little piezo transducer pickup). It is easy to fit to the guitar using the included blue tack and, provided your guitar doesn't have a French polish, does not seem to harm the finish of the instrument. ## Frequently Bought Together - KNA UP-2 Universal Stick-On Piezo Pickup – Natural Acoustic Tone for Guitar, Uke, Drums, Percussion, Volume Control, No-Battery, No-Mod Installation, Compatible with Nearly All Acoustic Instruments - Tisino 1/4 to 3.5mm Adapter, 1/4" Female to 1/8" Male Stereo Audio Adapter for Headphone, Amplifiers, Guitar, Amp etc. - 1ft/30cm --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/74884246-kna-up-2-universal-piezo-pickup-for-guitar-ukulele-drums](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/74884246-kna-up-2-universal-piezo-pickup-for-guitar-ukulele-drums) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
