Good work gloves
These are really nice gloves. They are soft but seem strong enough to protect my hands. They fit my large hands well and are comfortable. I use them often.

Great gloves
My husband buys these like 2 times a month he has a job where he has to load boxes in a freezer and these are the only gloves he likes to keep his hand warm but also he can still easily move them around. He does wear them out pretty fast which is why he has to buy so often.

Nice gloves
I have been buying this brand for over forty years. They are a quality and well made product that hold up to the job at task. Depending on the work at hand the longevity will vary but you wonโt be disappointed for the price, protection, fit and comfort they give to your hands.

Durable and comfortable gloves
I've used a LOT of gloves over the years. There's nothing more frustrating than to spend $40 on a pair of gloves and have them fail after a few hours work. As an example of what I need gloves for: I cut about 3 cords per year of eucalyptus wood on our property with hand tools. (This may include digging out large stumps of dead trees over the period of several weeks part time.) Dry eucalyptus has large, sharp "shards" when you split it, which put a beating on ordinary gloves. Also, I recently took apart a large brick counter-top on our patio and removed Spanish tile from the cement underneath which destroyed a nice pair of Stanley gloves in a few hours. I don't even look at those cheap leather gloves from the home outlet stores; they would be shredded after an hour or two, but these pigskin Wells Lamont 3300L gloves hold up very well. The leather on these gloves is supple yet thick enough to hold up under stress. I have not had the stitching fail yet--see below now. I'm going to buy these gloves exclusively from now on. ************ 1 Year Later: I took one star off this review. After writing the above, the next pair of these gloves were not the same quality. The stitching in the palm failed after a week of light garden use which is a simple quality control issue that Wells Lamont needs to fix. ************ I am purchasing another pair of these gloves from Amazon today. I still give them four stars and they are very good gloves. HOWEVER, expect them to develop holes in the fingers and (occasionally) the thumb if you work hard with them. I use them for all sorts of projects here on the ranch and a lot for cutting wood with saw and axe. My solution? The foundation of Western Civilization: DUCT TAPE! Makes them last for six months more. See pictures.

Not 100% happy with the quality
They don't really last very well, already full of holes where the stitching has come undone and they have only been used a couple of times

Good quality, comfortable
I waited 3 months to determine if they would hold up and they turn out to be my favorite gloves. I've used them for working outside with collecting firewood, building a concrete block wall, and occasionally the dog gets a hold of them. They have held up surprisingly well considering the abuse (especially the dog). These gloves are also warm and comfortable. Will order another pair.
