Worth it to get OEM
I ordered both front and back sets of mud guards. They came in Toyota boxes with all of the fasteners and the Toyota instructions. They fit perfectly using existing holes, or in the case of the back ones, existing detents in the rear fascia. I removed the back wheels for easier clearance, but it is not necessary to do so. 2008 Highlander.

Awesome Accessory
A great addition to my TOYOTA SUV. They add style with purpose, limiting damages from road debris. Easy to install, I had specific tools that allowed me to install without removing the rim/tire. Otherwise prepare to remove each wheel for percision installation.
