No rashes, stopped knocking the sensor off. Win!
The biggest problem I've had with my "upgrade" to the G7 has been knocking it off of my arms just going about daily life. Will I try it on my belly? First, I want to try to make it work where it's supposed to (in the USA).These work. I finally have a winner. They don't irritate my skin. That's huge, because I rash up with a lot of adhesives. These fully cover the sensor. No part of it sticks out to be torn off.Everyone's skin is different, and an allergy can develop at any time. For me, so far so good. I hope I don't have to go shopping around again any time soon, because these are just that good.

SUPER Useful Essentials for CGM device
I purchased a Stelo CGM device ( https://amzn.to/47mrIQB ) and because these popped up as add-ons, I decided to go ahead and get some of them, too... just in case! And Boy! SO GLAD I DID! The first night I had the device, as I pulled off my tee-shirt, the sleeve got stuck on the adhesive of the implant and almost ripped it out of my arm. Luckily, though, I caught it in time to apply THREE of these patches onto the sensor to ensure it stays in place for its fifteen-day life, and doesn't try coming off again.Maybe just ONE of the patches would suffice for some people in some situations, and maybe as I get more accustomed to how these things work, I'll be able to apply only ONE of these overpatches to hold the unit in place. But for now, I appreciated that there are so many in one package here, that I can go ahead and apply a TRIAD of PATCHES on each applicator... ensuring that it stays FIRMLY IN PLACE over time.EXCELLENT add-on product for any CGM device... And of course, there are other applications, too. (TENS unit patches, for instance, on an active body) and more...I appreciate the way these have FIVE different segments to pull off the adhesive from... and you can leave some ON (like the middle dot) or peal them all OFF for total coverage. But really cool, highly effective... nigh on ESSENTIAL add-on for any CGM!!I really like

Stick well but itch
They work well to cover my Dexcom G7 (15 days) but after a few days start to fray in several places, and pull back a little so adhesive marks show. A few days after that it started itching. Now on top of $25 for the skin grips I’m spending about $10 for a skin barrier. I don’t usually have reactions to adhesives but I sure do with these.Update: I’m happy with its staying on power but it’s almost impossible for me to put it on and peel the sections off the adhesive. I usually need help.

These Work Great! Ignore the Haters!
I'm not sure why others have described challenges with these, they've been perfect for me. I use the Stelo CGM just for biohacking my body. The first week I had it, I only used the little adhesive ring that came with the CGM and it fell off within a week. The sensors are designed for 15 days continuous use. So I looked for alternatives and found these. I read some reviews that said it was tough to apply, but I've found it to be quite the opposite experience. Because you're applying the CGM typically to your tricep it's a bit of an advanced yoga pose to put these adhesive patches on, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Some have mentioned it's hard to remove the backing, I haven't found that to be the case. Some have stated that they don't last very long, again, not been my experience. What I've found works the best is once you've installed your CGM and made sure it's built in adhesive is stuck as well as can be, simply discard the little adhesive ring that it comes with. Take one of these Skin Grip patches out, remove the center piece of backing and two of the 4 outer backing pieces. Then Lift the remaining two 1/3 to 1/2 of the way off. Simply center the patch on your CGM, rub the center and the two fully exposed exterior ring pieces, then remove the backing from the other two exterior ring pieces and fully adhere the patch to your skin and the CGM. Easy peasy. These EASILY last the 15 days of my CGM and I'm pretty sure they'd go at least another week or two if the CGM would last that long. I haven't noticed any skin irritation. Also, I'm frequently in water for long periods of time, and these continue to be adhered through everything I've thrown at them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these if you're looking for this type of product.

TIP FOR EASY APPLICATION! Solid PATCH!
YES, these patches are a pain in the $&#% to put on by YOURSELF….HERES THE TIP-before you’re ready to place it on your arm, take off the middle sticker and then sharply fold back each of the other four flaps around the perimeter (SEE PICTURE). They’re almost impossible to start once they’re on your arm because your fingers stick to anything that you’ve exposed already. The tabs make it easy for you to grab them one at a time and press them carefully into placeOtherwise, they’re doing a good job of keeping my monitor in place for the couple of weeks needed. I exercise daily and sweat a lot as I exercise outside and so far so good with three cycles of these. Before using these, I had severe trouble keeping my monitors in place/connected. Not perfect, but I’m giving it a five with the installation instruction modification!!
